I’m learned recently that I need to stop, pause re-charge my “batteries” more often than I used to. I was told before by a doctor to wake up a bit earlier.
This year, I finally started waking up a bit earlier in the morning, so that I can do just that without sleeping. I have time to read, meditate and or listen to soothing music before the day begins.
I’ve been OK for the most part. I slipped up this week due to the holidays creeping in. I hope to be back on track soon.
