TV Going Digital-The cable battle is underway

If you don’t know, TV in the US is slated to go Digital by 2009. This is causing a rift between Gram and me.

Grandma does not want to get cable.She rather get a TV converter. She says that she would go back to what she started with, the radio. Even if it means not viewing the cooking shows and soap operas together, she’s refusing to nudge.

We have a year to go, so I will keep you posted.
