Three way calling is a timesaver

Three way Calling

There are times when I have to attend to administrative matters for Grandma. Instead of traveling over an hour. I have been able to use three-way calling in order to take care of business.

1. First, I call the company/office in question;
2. I wait until I get a representative on the line;
3. I tell the representative that I have to get my Grandmother on the line and press the “Flash” button;
4. I call Grandma and tell her I have “X” on the line;
5. I press the “Flash” button again, everyone’s connected and Grandma is able to state her case, and I am at the ready to translate and/or clarify.
