The Sharper Image Customer Service does not return calls

I purchased the “Now You Can Find It!” Ultra 8 Wireless RF Electronic Locater last Monday. The Wednesday after I took the show on the road, meaning, I tagged both my work ID and my keys. I came out the Train Station and a steady red light was on. It never went out. So I called customer service, described the problem and they said someone would get back to me in 48 hours. No one ever did, so I was forced to take the product back to the store for a new one. Good thing I brought that 2 yr protection plan.
