I know its been a while since I have written in here. I haven’t had much to complain about until recently.
I signed up for Free Credit Report like 6 months ago. In February, I called to cancel the subscription since times were lean and I could not guarantee that I would have the funds to pay every month. The representative was very aggressive, to the point that they were offensive.
So last month in March, I review my emails and they sent one stating that they could not process my transaction. So I then contacted the Better Business Bureau to assist me in closing the account.
I got the note from the BBB saying that they did, but I still have my eye out just in case.
At least it helps that I’m not the only person having issues with them.
