Believe it or not, I did not start off as a morning person.
This change was not overnight. It happen gradually over a course of a year, more or less.
They say that people that wake up early are happier, maybe because they actually have time to themselves before the rest of the world wakes up.
In my own experiment, I found that I’m calmer and better prepared for the day, as opposed to before when I woke up later and felt rushed and harried.
People are starting to “wake up” to this idea. I know I want to be successful.
I don’t know if I need to buy the book What the Most Successful People do Before Breakfast (Today Show) at this point since I’m writing this post at 5:30 in the morning 🙂
