Yes, you saw right. I saw this blurp in the April 2008 AARPÂ Bulletin. Grandma was aghast with the thought of her hard earned money going on a “credit card” instead of seeing a check.
We just have to wait and see how this all develops, but one thing is for sure, Gram’s not rushing to use any plastic.
