My Great-Grandmother who I called “Mama” as in “Big Mama”, didn’t care what you called her as long as you put a title to her name. She was also referred to as “Grandma” as well.

I now call my grandmother, “Ma”, “Gram”, “Nana” or “Abuela” (just in case we’re in a room full of grandmothers and she would know who’s calling her.)

Have your grandparents laid down the law as to how they want/wanted to be addressed?
