Paper vs. Electronic Billing… the debate continues

Every month like clockwork, I hear from Grandma “What if people don’t have their own computer?” Then I say, “That’s how come you have me.”

Of course, she means that everytime a bill comes in that says “switch to paperless billing”, she snickers and says that everyone doesn’t have a computer.

What is being done for people who still receive paper bills?  Are they easy to read and understand?  Do they make sense? Often Gram waits until I come over to read and verify the bill before she pays it.

Is your company making bills easy to read for seniors?
